After a 2 year run with UPS, we have made a decision to switch to FedEx.
The support we were receiving with UPS and the quality of service they were providing to our packages over the past year have all be demanded that we change shipping providers. It was bad enough that for the past year and a half, we have been driving our boxes directly to the sort facility over an hour away because if we dropped it off at our local facility, we were getting an unusual amount of damaged packaged and DOA.
So far, our FedEx rep has been excellent in providing us with all the tools we need to continue to provide shipping of live fish to you!
