Bio-Bandage is the first in a line of revolutionary treatments to help your pond, freshwater or marine fishes recover from injuries or disease conditions without negatively impacting their health or environment. 
• Includes a proprietary matrix formulation that includes antibiotic and vitamin components that can be applied directly to wounds or lesions on the body & fins while providing rapid results. More effective & convenient than bath or dip treatments. 
• A good alternative to Methylene Blue swabs. More effective & convenient than bath or dip treatments.
• Can be used to treat external, neomycin-susceptible, bacterial diseases.

• Ingredients: Neomycin sulfate, methylene blue, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), binder and adhesion agents in an isotonic, aqueous solution.

USE: Working carefully and as quick as possible since fish can suffocate in short order from being out of the water;
First clean the wound with a clean cotton-tip swab, cotton ball, or tissue/paper toweling wrapped around a finger; partially dry the wound taking care to not damage adjacent healthy skin or scales on the fish. Next apply enough powder to the cleaned and dried area to completely cover the wound and some of the surrounding tissue. Gently return the treated fish to the water. Allow the fish to rest with little movement to assure that the mass of the gel stays in contact with the wound for as long as possible. Apply at least every 24 hours as necessary.


****The gel-based bio-bandage has been discontinued from the manufacturer because the powder form has been tested to be much more effective.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Our primary delivery option for goldfish. Shipments are only processed Monday-Wedneday to be delivered the following day. A shipping confirmation will be automatically sent to you with tracking information. Rates change based on delivery location and size of the order.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Same delivery option as "Standard Shipping" offered as a flat $50 rate for orders over $100 subtotal.
  • 2 Day Shipping**: Shipments are only processed Monday-Wednesday to be delivered within 2 days from leaving our facility. "Live on Arrival Guarantee" does not qualify for the 2 Day Shipping option with the exemption of products tagged as "Free 2 Day Shipping".

REFUND POLICY

Refunds on live fish will be accepted up until 72 hours BEFORE the fish is scheduled to be shipped. No refunds will be issued on fish within 72 hours of the scheduled shipping time. Unopened dry goods will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of receiving. Return shipping is buyer responsibility.

LIVE ON ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

I guarantee my fish will arrive alive. *you must be available to receive the package the day of delivery.

If a fish expires in transit, I will replace the fish, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. The replacement fish must be of equal or lesser value than the initial purchase.

We are not responsible for the mishandling of your package during transport or any late deliveries. Once the package is in transport, we will not be held liable for any damages to the package. We most certainly may help redirect you to the carrier responsible. 

IN ORDER FOR US TO HONOR A DOA CLAIM, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED (WE WILL USE THE TIME PROVIDED BY THE CARRIER ON THE TRACKING).

Please take a picture for us showing the loss (it can just be a picture taken with your smart phone) and email to DOA@kingkoigoldfish.com. If approved, we will coordinate with you to replace the fish with a fish of similar color and size, AT OUR DISCRETION. You will still be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the replacement. We work very hard to make sure that you receive your fish alive.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States (Including Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

When you place an order, predetermined shipping options have been set to reduce shipping costs. Such options will be given to you during checkout. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping costs, please don’t hesitate to reach us at sales@kingkoigoldfish.com.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can vary based on quantity so they have been automated using our proprietary algorithm. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
