About Fritz ParaCleanse
Fritz ParaCleanse treats and controls of a wide variety of parasitic diseases. Use Fritz ParaCleanse for outbreaks of aquatic parasites including velvet (Oodinium dinoflagellates), hole-in-the-head disease (Hexamita spp. & Spironucleus), fish lice, or gill & skin flukes (Dactylogyrus & Gyrodactylus). This treatment is suitable for fresh and saltwater aquariums, and will not discolor the water.

Directions and Dosage
Use of a hospital tank is recommended. No water changes, pH or temperature adjustments necessary if readings are in ideal range (Freshwater pH 6.4 - 7.6 / Saltwater 8.0 - 8.4, temperature 68F - 82F). Remove all chemical filtration (carbon, ion exchange resins) before and during use. Turn off UV sterilizer if present during treatment. Aeration and water flow should be maintained. In marine aquariums turn off protein skimmer during treatment; resume use after completion of treatment. The active ingredients in Fritz ParaCleanse can negatively affect beneficial bacteria which remove ammonia and nitrite from water. Testing for ammonia and nitrite is recommended. Chemical ammonia removers such as Fritz Aquatics A.C.C.R. may be used during treatment to prevent ammonia poisoning of the fish. note: Fritz ParaCleanse will not color or cloud aquariums water.

Directions:
One complete course of treatment will take 5 days. Treat for the full course of treatment even if visible signs of infection or illness disappear.

Day One: Add contents of one packet per 10 gallons of water to be treated.

Day Three: Add contents of one packet per 10 gallons of water to be treated.

Day Five: Perform a 25% water change.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Each packet contains 250 mg metronidazole and 75 mg praziquantel.


 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds on live fish will be accepted up until 72 hours BEFORE the fish is scheduled to be shipped. No refunds will be issued on fish within 72 hours of the scheduled shipping time. Unopened dry goods will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of receiving. Return shipping is buyer responsibility.

If a fish expires in transit, I will replace the fish, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. The replacement fish must be of equal or lesser value than the initial purchase.

However, we are not responsible for the mishandling of your package during transport. Once the package is in transport, we will not be held liable for any damages to the package. We most certainly may help redirect you to the carrier responsible.

IN ORDER FOR US TO HONOR A DOA CLAIM, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED (WE WILL USE THE TIME PROVIDED BY THE CARRIER ON THE TRACKING).

Please take a picture for us showing the loss- it can just be a picture taken with your smart phone and email to DOA@kingkoigoldfish.com. If approved, we will coordinate with you to replace the fish with a fish of similar color and size, AT OUR DISCRETION. You will still be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the replacement. We work very hard to make sure that you receive your fish alive.
